Drop Off and Pick Up Times
Grooming pets should be dropped off on the day of their appointment depending on their scheduled grooming time. The groomer will meet with you to discuss any special needs you may have. You should plan to pick up your pet after 12:00 pm but before closing time at the end of the day.
We will call you as soon as your pet is ready to go home, or you may call for an estimated time to pick up.
Vaccination requirements
For your pet's safety and the safety of our other guests, we require that all grooming pets be current on vaccinations. If our doctors have not provided these services, you will need to provide written proof that your pet is current on the following:
If your dog is not current on these vaccines, we can provide them for you after a vaccination exam by one of our doctors. Please Note: It takes two weeks for vaccination boosters to fully take effect and therefore your pet may not be adequately protected if being groomed within that time. We recommend that ALL vaccinations be given at least 14 days prior to coming in for grooming.
We reserve the right to refuse grooming to any pet that does not meet these requirements or does not seem healthy enough to undergo grooming.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is due at the time of pickup. We encourage you to ask for an estimate of the grooming services so that you are prepared when you arrive for pick up. We accept cash, checks with valid ID or driver's license, and credit cards; Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Our Sedation Policy
We do not sedate our grooming patients unless absolutely necessary to prevent injury or severe stress to your pet or to calm aggressive pets. We will not sedate without your permission. All pets to be sedated must be examined initially by a doctor and will be monitored by a veterinary technician until recovered enough to go home.
